At Knight Castle, I dug the scrumptious organic jams that kicked off my breakfast vibe! The staff, especially Raman, made us feel right at home while Sendrick saved the day with perfect dining and excursion tips. All of this surrounded by the hotel’s elegant design? Epic!

The hotel features a classic, elegant design that stands out, giving it a vintage charm. The rooftop pool area is spacious, though it could use some freshening up in terms of the lounge chairs, which appear a bit worn.
The experience didn't quite live up to 5-star expectations. Water in the shower ran cold at times, which isn't ideal. Breakfast was a letdown, with food options often cold and lacking variety. Specific requests for gluten-free items went unanswered, which shouldn't happen at this caliber. noise from the club was disruptive, even on higher floors, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Some amenities like the fridge in the room failed to maintain temperature, leaving drinks warm and unsatisfying. Overall cleanliness in the dining area could use significant improvement, as tables were left dirty during peak hours.

great accessibility to shopping and cultural gems nearby
during my stay, I absolutely loved how easy it was to walk to vibrant spots like Deira City Center, which is almost 2 km away, and Bur Dubai Abra Dock, just a short stroll of about 2 km, making my weekend exploration truly enjoyable.

Knight Castle Hotel impressed me with its elegant design and cleanliness. Breakfast had various options, including delicious organic jams that kicked off my day perfectly. Staff, especially Raman, set a welcoming tone right from check-in. His smile and local tips made exploring Dubai easier. The concierge, Sendrick, was invaluable for making reservations and offering great dining suggestions. Upon arrival, the reception couldn’t find my reservation, despite having an email confirmation. It felt like they oversold rooms, which created unnecessary stress after a long drive. This lack of organization overshadowed an otherwise lovely stay.

I had a great time soaking up the sun by the rooftop pool and winding down at the sauna after a day of exploring. The spa treatments were also a nice touch for real relaxation. Just keep in mind that the housekeeping could be a bit quicker with requests. 😊

Family getaway with memorable service
Sofia at the pool was truly a gem, she extended her work hours for us when the pool was closing so we could enjoy a few more minutes of family time there. And also Raman, he really set the whole mood at check-in with his warm smile and went out of his way to make us feel at home, even giving us tips on places to eat.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but the experience was still worthwhile.
